Delivery within the EU is free of charge for order values of 40 £ and upwards.

If you place an order before 12 noon, weekdays Monday to Friday, your goods will usually be dispatched on the same day, otherwise on the next working day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are usually dispatched the next working day. Prepayment orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

You have the option to cancel your order in accordance with the deadline set in our terms and conditions (100 days from the date of delivery) and send it back to us. Simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or telephone). We will then immediately e-mail you a free return slip.

We usually refund your purchase amount within 7 working days of receiving your return. Returns are processed using the same payment method as used for the original purchase.
