The secret of healthy nails lies in the correct use of your professional nail file: Hold the file vertically at the edge of the nail and gently guide it back and forth until the nail is smooth and even. Use the coarse grinding surface, to correct the shape of the nail and the finer side for the fine grinding of your nails.
