Payment methods

Seki EDGE products can be conveniently and securely purchased via:

- Prepayment
- Direct debit
- Credit card
- Instant bank transfer
- PayPal
- Payment by instalments
- On-account purchase
- Amazon Pay
- Giropay
- Apple Pay

Not all of our accepted payment methods may be shown.
These decisions are made by our payment service providers.

When will I be charged?

If paying by credit card, the invoice amount will be debited immediately.
A payment by direct debit is usually debited 1-3 working days after the order has been placed if the billing address in within Germany, and within 5-7 days for orders outside Germany.
For all other payment methods offered by us, the debit takes place immediately after the order.

Payment methods when ordering over the phone

In the case of orders over the phone, we can only accept advance payments, as we may not collect sensitive data from our customers.

Why am I not being offered all possible methods of payment?

Unfortunately we have no influence over which payment methods are offered to you online. This decision is made independently in real time by our external payment service providers, the online payment services from PayPal or AmazonPay.

Problems with the immediate transfer

If you were unable or unwilling to complete the payment process with the immediate transfer, we will gladly change the payment method to advance payment and send you our bank details. Please contact our customer service for this.

PayPal purchase on account - have I already paid?

Since the payment method invoice is handled by PayPal, we unfortunately have no insight into the payment details. In our PayPal account, the invoice amount of your order is displayed as paid, because we have received the amount from PayPal and PayPal claims the amount from you.
If you have any problems during the payment process or if you are unsure whether you have already paid the invoice amount, please contact the PayPal invoice department directly: +49 0800 723 4730 (Mo-Fr, 8:00-17:00) from within Germany, or +49 69 945189832 from outside Germany.
